As President of CVP Development, R.J. Agee oversees the company’s business strategy, client relationships, land acquisitions, development initiatives, and project planning.

With over 2 decades of real estate development experience, Agee managed the development and construction of over 30 million square feet of industrial real estate, guiding the full project lifecycle. In leadership roles at top-tier firms, he spearheaded regional business strategies, authored investment proposals, and secured executive approvals for large-scale development pipelines.

Agee earned his MBA with an emphasis in finance from the University of Kansas, and he received his B.S. in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Agee is a LEED^® Accredited Professional and belongs to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

In his spare time, Agee enjoys running, cycling, hiking, golf, and watersports with his kids.
